Come and venture into this small but wondrous park
So you see for yourself the beautiful colors of nature's palette
That are painted inbetween it's green grass beneath your feet
all the way up to the blue sky miles above your head
There is almost every color inbetween the sun and the moon
all waiting there just to be seen

You look up away from yourself and high
To the branches as they intertwine to the sky
Like lovers twisted in an endless sigh
Some of them have baby buds ready to explode with life
Others are bursting with new leaves dancing on the cool wind
While pink blossoms are swimming in the midst of these,
blooming as pretty as can be

Then when you look down to the ground
Where there's barely a sound
You can see nature's kisses of color that are there to be found
If not here where you stand,
             then there in the
             near distant land
There are purple pansies
                    yellow daisies
                            red roses
                                   pink petunias
Dancing so lovely on the soft cool grass
Where the little creatures of the earth pass
There are so many to name, and like us their faces are not the same

Then later, off in the cool distance
You hear the sound of the drum's call
Where they all dance to their soul's desire
With their bodies alive and on fire
Letting time pass with never a care
From early day and off into the night
Staying until there is barely another sound in ear's sight
