By seeing that Picasso
    had a passion to paint people
    from the inside out
    I realize that our emotions
          construct a more important reality for us
          than our clothes, money or car ever can
By seeing that Chagall had an ethereal way
    of stretching our imagination
    I realize that our existence can be
          more than what it is
By seeing that Duchamp had a way of abstracting our mind
    into another state of consciousness
    I realize that there is another way
          of looking at things
          outside the realm of normality
By seeing that Kandinsky
    painted out bounds
    for his day and time
    I realize that there is
          more than one way of seeing
          other than in our day of being
By seeing that Van Gogh painted madly
    until the brink of insanity
    I realize that each mind
          has a breaking point
          that each must find
By seeing that Dali put out a sense of reality
    with a new twist on how
    we look at the world
    I realize that there is
          never enough time on our hands
          to see or try it all
By seeing that Pollock's crazed style
    took us out of bounds
    on what could be used
    to create with
    I realize that every day is a fresh canvas
          waiting to be painted with my own
          unique brush
By seeing that Warhol made pop into art
    from items you put into your
    grocery store shopping cart
    I realize that there is an importance
          to everyday tasks that need to be done
By seeing that if you look around you in the world
    with both your eyes wide open
    I realize that you will see creation
          everywhere you look
