I woke up today and thought to myself, I want some different
food today - food that's completely different from the
everyday food that I eat.  So I thought about the different
types of international cuisine that are out there -

        Italian, Korean, Vietnamese, Middle Eastern,
        Chinese, Afghani, Japanese, Indian, Ethiopian,
Spanish, Polish, Mexican, Thai, Sri Lankan,
Tibetan, Lebanese, Jewish, West Indies and
        Brazilian

All of which I've tried a dish or two of.  So I thought to
myself, which kind of food am I in the mood for, and it came
down to which kind I hadn't eaten in a while.  So I decided
on West Indies food, especially since there's West Indies
restaurant called Mommie Marcie's enroute on my walk to
the ferry.

I finally left home, and arrived at Mommie Marcie's.  I
ordered my favorite dish of theirs - 1 roti with spicy
rice n' beans and a side of sweet plantains.  Now let me tell
you honey child, their plantains are the best, juiciest
and sweetest that I've ever tasted - one bite and you could
think you died and went to heaven - they taste that good.
I had a little wait though, as the roti needed to be made and
cooked, which was fine, this food is worth the wait anytime.
The rice n' beans were so spicy this time around that my
taste buds were jumpin' and runnin' for cover - but the juicy
plantains that slid past them satiated them with the pure
calm sweetness taste that they offered them.  When I finished
my meal, I knew I made the right choice of where to go
for lunch.

So my next thought went to what my next food outing will be -
Indian - mmm, mmm good...
