Hate...
Will eat you up from the inside and spit you out
    with no grounding left to stand on if you let it
For it is one of the strongest emotions that you
    should destroy with all the might of your being
It is an emotion that is so strong and at times can
    seem very real, but know that it is not
Know that it is only a feeling of our soul's
    strongest uncertainty
Our soul's strongest uncertainty of what is truly ours
    and what is falsely not
An uncertainty that causes wars, death and the killing
    of our own brothers and sisters at our own hands
Our own hands that have no real right to take another
    beings life away from them

Hate...
Will kill your mortal heart's being if you let it
For it is the one of the strongest poisons that will
    weaken your spirit's strength
It is an emotional poison that is so strong and at times
    can seem very real, but know that it is not
Know that it is only a feeling of our spirit's yearning
    for something bigger and better in this life
Something bigger and better in this life that will put
    our beings at rest in the center of love's equanimity
The center of love's equanimity that will put us within the
    most caring realms of it's embrace
The strongest realms of love that will hold our being's whole -
    body, mind and soul - hold us all in love's equal embrace
    that will show to us all that we are all purely whole in the
    eyes of the almighty creator

Hate...
Will hastily take away all that you need and want in your life
For it is the greedy stealer of all that is ultimately good
    in this world
It is the selfish stealer that will take away all the good
    that you have worked so hard for in your life
The eager stealer that will take it all away from you, including
    your time that you have hopelessly wasted away on this most
    careless emotion
This most uncaring emotion that will give you nothing in return
Nothing in return but a feeling of incompetence, despair
    and utter hopelessness
A feeling of utter hopelessness that will leave you without
    faith that there is anything good left in this world
    worth living for

Hate...
Will eventually steal away all your friends
    that you cherish and love
For it is the covetous stealer of all the wholly good
    emotions that love so generously bequeaths upon us
The wholly good emotions of real love that binds us all together
That binds us all together at the seams of our hopes, dreams
    and wishes that we all share together on this great earth
That we all share together on this great earth where optimism,
    dreams and aspirations should always reign supreme
Should always reign supreme over the disdainful feelings
    of hate and all of it's vile emotional counterparts
The disdainful feelings of hate that in it's ultimate end
    will only destroy us all and leave us all feeling like
    a person missing a soul, the center at the sum of the whole
