You agree to only post items that you have the copyrights to or have permission from the copyright holder.

Authors agree to allow their work to be displayed on the "Last 100 Posts" Page, "poets2000.com's main page", and on search page results.

Poets2000.com provides Internet World Wide Web page hosting, Marketing, and Development. Poets2000.com has certain legal and ethical responsibilities consisting with the use of its server and equipment involved in these services.

Poets2000.com general policy is to act as a provider of internet presence. Poets2000.com has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. Poets2000.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member's access to any or all services provided by Poets2000.com when we decide that the site has been inappropriately used.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or member, of Poets2000.com is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of other people's sites on Poets2000.com is prohibited. Abuse includes attempts at "internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.

Any unauthorized use of sites or computers by a Poets2000.com member, whether or not the attacked site or computer belongs to Poets2000.com, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, site suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

Abuse of Unlimited Traffic

Poets2000.com's members are privileged to be offered unlimited traffic for their web sites. The intention of Poets2000.com is to provide a large space to serve web documents, not an off site storage area for electronic files.

To maintain the integrity of our service Poets2000.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Advertisements
Members are not allowed to place advertisements on their site. Authors can use this site to promote their "own" books as long as they do not violate the other parts of these terms of use.    Poets2000.com will place advertisements on your site for the purpose of generating income for Poets2000.com. You agree to allow Poets2000.com to keep any money or valuables received by Poets2000.com by advertising on your site.

Cancellation

Poets2000.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time.

Indecency Clause.
Poets2000 services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates United States Federal, State or other laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. No material may be published on Web pages hosted by Poets2000 that would commonly be considered "indecent" or "appealing to the prurient interest" also commonly referred to as "adult" material, nor will any links to such sites exist within the Web pages hosted by Poets2000.

Lawful Purpose

Poets2000.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Members may only use Poets2000.com server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Poets2000.com management. Any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Marshall County, West Virginia.

Indemnification

Member agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Poets2000.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Poets2000.com, its agents, its members, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by member, it's agents, employees or assigns. Member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Poets2000.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Poets2000.com's server; (2) any material supplied by member infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; ( 3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to member from Poets2000.com's server.

Disclaimer

Poets2000.com will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Poets2000.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Poets2000.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Poets2000.com and its employees. Poets2000.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate site deletion/deactivation.

Privacy Policy   In short -- This site lacks privacy. Anything you place on the site can and will be viewed by anyone on the internet and the administrators of Poets2000.com's computers. Please make sure you understand this statement fully.
